About the Building

The Acro Tower (also known as the “Tel Aviv Tower”) is a skyscraper Located at the corner of Itzhak Sade and Hamazger St. Tel Aviv.

It is currently the third tallest building in Tel Aviv, standing at 32-floor, high-rise and serves as a landmark in Tel Aviv. The building was designed by MYS architects in collaboration with renowned firm, Pitzu Kedem.

The 46,000 sqm complex is used for both residential and commercial purposes, with 37,000 sqm of the space allocated for offices. Developed by Acro Real Estate, the complex also includes a luxury hotel and an ecological park, making it a unique and highly desirable destination for both business and leisure.

The ROOMS complex is spread over 5 floors with a total area of approximately 6,600 sqm. The site includes a big balcony on the third floor which is spreading along the front of the building on an area of about 482 sqm and a private elevator for ROOMS members directly from the parking floor.
