About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and talented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our amazing team.
This is a field-based, client-facing B2B sales role, covering the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing complex deals with large clients. The role involves frequent on-site meetings, building long-term relationships, and tailoring workspace solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Build relationships with key roles and partners.
• Lead commercial and legal negotiations up to the closing of the deal.
• Build a customer database.
• Conduct market research in the area and identify competitors to create a competitive advantage.
• Be the primary contact for brokers, responsible for building and maintaining relationships.
Requirements
Requirements:
• At least four years of experience as a sales manager.
• Experience in sales management from the real estate field is an advantage.
• Field sales experience, especially in B2B environments involving in-person deal-making, is a strong plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strategic and innovative thinker with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding growth targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
