About the Opportunity
We are looking for a student to join our team as a Salesforce Admin, supporting the Sales team. You will be the first point of contact for the Sales team for all Salesforce-related matters โ troubleshooting, changes, and ongoing requests โ allowing the Sales team to stay focused on selling.
Responsibilities
โข Handle Salesforce tickets and requests from the Sales team, including permissions, fields, views, reports, and user issues
โข Make UI changes, including adding fields, checkboxes, Page Layouts, and picklists
โข Support the implementation of new features and provide user training
โข Perform data quality checks, including duplicates, missing fields, and deal assignment
โข Work with the external Salesforce provider: submit development requests, follow up on them, and test the solutions
โข Document changes and processes

Requirements
Requirements
โข Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, or a related field
โข Availability for 50% position, with in-office presence
โข Experience working with Salesforce, either as an Admin or an advanced user
โข Salesforce Administrator certification โ an advantage
โข Technical mindset, self-learning ability, and strong service orientation
โข Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
