The complex manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the complex and the staff.
- Responsibility for the operating profit of the complex
- Working with the network teams to improve the efficiency of the complex
- Working with the sales team to meet the revenue target
- Recruitment and staff management
- Escalation point in front of customers, and suppliers.
- The connecting figure between the various departments in the network – accounting, operational , sales, projects, human resources.
- Full responsibility that the complex will run on a regular basis without incident
- Working with a project department on faults and errors
- Work with the various vendors to solve issues that may arise
- Working with the maintenance team
A bit about you
- Proven managerial experience
- Budget and project management experience
- Affinity to the worlds of operation
- An Advantage – Experience from the world of hospitality and service
- Experience with Office suite and basic computer systems
- high level English
- Ability to formulate verbally and in writing
- And of course excellent interpersonal skills !!!!
