About the opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic Telemarketer to join our amazing sales team, who is proactive, organized, and efficient, with entrepreneurial spirit and strong sales abilities. This role will be responsible for creating a pipeline of leads that will convert into planned tours for our regional sales managers.


To drive sales with interested potential customers and convince them to attend a tour of the relevant workspace with our regional sales representative

Independently generating warm leads by reaching out to relevant prospects

Creating a pipeline of warm leads through online research, reading economic publications, and utilizing LinkedIn for sales opportunities to regional sales managers

Initiating contact with potential clients through various channels (phone, LinkedIn, emails, etc.)

Understanding the needs of potential clients and providing them with precise solutions to increase sales opportunities

Being a positive ambassador for ROOMS

Being the initial point of contact for potential clients and establishing next steps in the sales process

Collaborating with the sales team



Minimum of one year of professional experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar role

Proven experience in prospecting, lead qualification, and nurturing

Proven success in a fast-paced, quota-driven sales environment with KPIs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Self-motivated with entrepreneurial abilities

Experience in customer service and building relationships
