The role
Regional Sales Manager, under the management of Business Development Manager.
Main responsibilities
- Acquisition of new customers
- Initial contact with SMB leads – Leads that come from the company’s systems and an initiative to create leads from scratch
- Understanding the customer’s needs and providing of the right solution
- Convert leads to an onsite tour and sign them as a customer
- Responsible for each stage of the bid, from negotiation until the signing of the contract
- Working closely with the customer even after signing the agreement for his lifestyle as a ROOMS customer
- Retention and upgrade of existing customers
- Analysis and deepening of the sales goals of SMB customers
- Working with existing clients, understanding their future growth needs and build a growth plan with ROOMS
- Build a growth plan for existing customers based on their needs
- Responsibility for the customer’s payments – that each payment was made on time and in full
- Working closely with the complex managers to understand what is happening in the complexes
A bit about you
- Proven experience in the world of sales
- Advantage – BA
- Experience with Office suite and basic computer systems
- high level English
- Ability to formulate verbally and in writing
- A can do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
